RING SPA & SAUNAS ETIQUETTE

Welcome to RING spa and sauna centre. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and be part of it. To make your stay smooth and turn your holiday into a memorable experience, we have compiled a customer memo.

PURCHASING A TICKET AND PAYING FOR SERVICES

  • By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you agree to follow the spa rules.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that your knowledge, skills and health enable you to enjoy our pools and saunas to the full.
  • Please check your purchased goods, tickets and change immediately at the cash register. Subsequent claims will not be satisfied.
  • Do not mind if the receptionist asks you for the document to identify your correct age and identification for a discount.
  • When you purchase your ticket, a wristband will be issued to you by the cashier, with which it is possible to visit the spa and make purchases at the bar. When leaving the spa, please return the wristband to the administrator. Make sure to carefully keep your wristband, the fine for losing it is 50 €.
  • Children under the age of 13 may only enter the spa along with an adult chaperone, who shall be responsible for the safety and behaviour of the children, ensuring that all rules established within the spa are complied with. If a child is left unattended, a fine shall be assessed based on the valid price list.
  • In the dressing room you can select your preferred locker. Follow the instructions on top of the lockers and make sure that the locker is securely closed before entering the spa. Should you have any problems, please contact an attendant.

TIME OF VISIT

  • With one visit, you can enjoy the spa and sauna center unlimited.
  • The ticket expires when leaving the spa.
  • The saunas and attractions will close 15 minutes prior to the closing of the spa.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • In our unique spa and sauna center, every customer is welcome and respected. We expect the same kind of consideration from you towards our attendants and other customers who share the spa with you.
  • Washing yourself is obligatory before using pools! You feel much more freshened up, if you wash yourself under shower after sweating in sauna.
  • Please follow the hygiene requirements. If your face is emblazoned with cosmetics, please remove them, and if possible, tie up your beautiful long hair. The colouring of hair, shaving and the use of body scrubs in showers or saunas is prohibited.
  • Bringing and consuming your own food and drink to the spa is prohibited (except for baby food/drinks. Enjoy the refreshments in the spa bar, using the wristband.
  • For boosting up your health, whisks are available for purchase in the spa-bar on Mondays and Wednesdays from 18:00 – 22:00, when it is allowed to whisk in the outdoor-sauna. It is not allowed to use your own whisks!
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in spa premises. The fine for breaking the rule 100 €.
  • Please keep an eye on your children in our sauna centre. If children are given too much freedom it is unsafe and it disturbs other visitors.
  • If the smallest one of the family has not been potty-trained, please use swim diapers.
  • Our spa pool is 140cm and children’s a circulating pool only 80 cm deep. Therefore, jumping into our pools is forbidden!
  • A wet floor is slippery. Be careful, running on such floors can be dangerous. Move around carefully in the premises of the spa, this helps to avoid falling and injuries. Please pay attention to the explanatory pointers and signboards in the spa.
  • In the spa, it will be comfortable to move around in swimwear and light beach shoes.
  • For the sake of cleanliness and your wellbeing, please use the towels in the saunas for sitting.
  • The spa shall not be liable for injuries or other health disorders resulting from the negligence of a visitor, nor shall it compensate any resulting damage. For the safety of all visitors, there is video surveillance in the public areas of the spa.
  • Be careful with your belongings, because the spa center is not responsible for items left in the locker.
  • The spa is not responsible for the property, possible illnesses or accidents of the members, which have been caused due to own activities of the member or force majeure.
  • We expect due diligence from you as regards to the surrounding environment. If he visitor damages the inventory of RING spa ja saunas on purpose, he/she is obliged to fully indemnify the damages.
  • Spa personnel have the right to refuse to serve people in an intoxicated state. Spa employees have the right to comment on inappropriate behaviour by visitors, and, if necessary, remove a visitor who is posing a danger to himself/herself or other visitors. If the rules are broken, the ticket shall become invalid and its cost will not be reimbursed.
