Our brand-new sauna centre has lots of light, pools and saunas. No matter which of our 10 saunas you choose, the experience of a good sauna is guaranteed. When you’ve completed your sauna round or need to cool off a little between sessions, our versatile pools are waiting for you. We also have some great pools for the little ones to play in. Should you get hungry or thirsty, we offer a wide selection of refreshing drinks and delicious snacks in the sauna centre’s spa bar.

In our water world, there are all kinds of bodies of water – small, big, even bigger. Cold, warm, even warmer. We have bubbling water and gushing water. We have underwater waterfalls and falling rapids. We believe that everyone can find a place to splash around and spend an enjoyable time. And best of all, the water is clean!
BIRCH SAUNA 60°
A birch sauna is like a midsummer’s rest in a leafy grove. A sauna decorated with birch logs is as beautiful to the eyes as it is pleasant to the nose. The average heat and humidity are not too high, and in the birch sauna, for example, it is wonderful to spend time with a friend and simply talk.
Finnish sauna 90-100°C
Throwing water on heated stones is rooted in our traditions. The steam coming from the water thrown on the stove comes from an ancient word “leil-lõun-löül”, which means “soul” in ancient Estonian. The steam has the power to clear the person’s soul. “A pleasure for body, mind and spirit.”
RUSSIAN SAUNA 70-80°
The efficient steam of a Russian sauna is hot and humid, but at the same time soft, like the friendly embrace of a great Russian soul. It envelops you right at the door, warms you up inside and invites you to stay for longer.
AMBER SAUNA 50-60°
The amber-like warming energy is perfectly matched with the soothing, restorative qualities of the sauna. The genuine onyx used in the construction of the sauna comforts and re- energises you and brightens your senses. Conveying spiritual messages from the pristine natural environment of millions of years ago, a visit to an amber sauna is always something of a mystical experience.
JUNIPER SAUNA 50°
A sauna with a pleasant temperature and humidity level, the calming aroma of juniper emanating from the walls covered with juniper tiles makes it special. Like a balmy summer holiday in the midst of Muhumaa island junipers. So familiar and welcoming that you want to shout out "Here we are!".
HAMMAM 40-50°
The Turkish Hammam sauna has a dignified centuries-long history that is appreciated all over the world. Average humidity, temperature up to 50 degrees and special interior design make it a great place to take time out and just relax.
SALT STEAM SAUNA 40-50°
There is a reason why the salt steam sauna is a perennial favourite. The abundant steam opens clogged pores and salt crystals nourish and refresh the skin. For many, it is the easiest way to combine body peeling, moments of pure pleasure and a feeling of rebirth.
STEAM SAUNA 50-60°
There is more than enough evaporation in the Ring SPA steam sauna! When you first enter, you may feel completely lost in the fog, but there is no need to be afraid. A steam sauna is very healthy and suitable for most people, because the pleasantly dense steam and moisture together open the skin pores and make you sweat without undue effort.
SMOKE SAUNA 80°
An original and genuine sauna in the style of a smoke sauna in an urban environment between high tower buildings. Modernised and brought up to date, of course, yet still kept as authentic as possible. Here you will find a proper steam room, sooty logs, and a joyful company of people appreciating our national heritage.
WOOD-HEATED OUTDOOR SAUNA 80-90°C
There's nothing better than a bucket full of water on a sizzling heater, complemented by the sound of real wood burning with the crackling of the oven. The most classic sauna with everything we've come to know and love since childhood. This option is for sauna lovers who value tradition.

Whether you’re an absolute beginner or an experienced sauna enthusiast, our kind and knowledgeable sauna masters will take you on an exciting journey into the world of sauna rituals. Think of the sauna master as your guide to the best sauna experience of a lifetime. Our sauna masters know each plank in the sauna and each stone on the hearth, they can recommend the best sauna whisk and pass on centuries-old sauna secrets. A sauna ritual with a sauna master offers complete relaxation and an exciting experience at the same time. Regular steam, salt and aromatherapy rituals are included in the price of a visit to the sauna centre.

SPA BAR
If healthy activities leave you famished, step by and have a tasty bite, some fresh natural juice or a reinvigorating drink in our Spa Bar. The spa bar is a great place to catch your breath, treat yourself to something refreshing and then return to the round of saunas or pools. In the spa bar, payment is charged to a locker number, which you can pay at the end of your visit at the checkout. You can find what’s on offer in the spa bar on the menu.

PRIVATE OASIS FOR ADULTS
Relaxation area 18+ is a private oasis for gatherings and groups of friends to celebrate events and birthdays, where you can enjoy a private sauna and special moments. The chic and sophisticated atmosphere is pure aesthetic pleasure and makes every moment spent there unique. We have created a wide range of possibilities for quality time in the relaxation area on the 2nd floor of our sauna centre.

Terms and conditions of the price list
- *Discount: children 7-16 years, pupils and students on presentation of an ISIC card, teachers on presentation of an ITIC card, disabled persons and their accompanying person, on presentation of the appropriate document.
- **Family ticket: Up to 2 adults and 3 children aged 2-15 years.
- With one visit, you can enjoy the spa and sauna center unlimited. The ticket expires when leaving the spa.
- Take care of your wristband, as there is a 50 € fine if you lose it. If you lose your wristband, please inform the spa staff immediately.
- Children can visit the RING sauna centre independently starting from the age of 13.
- Children 0-2 years FREE of charge
- Weekend prices apply on public holidays.

Welcome to RING spa and sauna centre. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and be part of it. To make your stay smooth and turn your holiday into a memorable experience, we have compiled a customer memo.
PURCHASING A TICKET AND PAYING FOR SERVICES
- By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you agree to follow the spa rules.
- By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that your knowledge, skills and health enable you to enjoy our pools and saunas to the full.
- Please check your purchased goods, tickets and change immediately at the cash register. Subsequent claims will not be satisfied.
- Do not mind if the receptionist asks you for the document to identify your correct age and identification for a discount.
- When you purchase your ticket, a wristband will be issued to you by the cashier, with which it is possible to visit the spa and make purchases at the bar. When leaving the spa, please return the wristband to the administrator. Make sure to carefully keep your wristband, the fine for losing it is 50 €.
- Children under the age of 13 may only enter the spa along with an adult chaperone, who shall be responsible for the safety and behaviour of the children, ensuring that all rules established within the spa are complied with. If a child is left unattended, a fine shall be assessed based on the valid price list.
- In the dressing room you can select your preferred locker. Follow the instructions on top of the lockers and make sure that the locker is securely closed before entering the spa. Should you have any problems, please contact an attendant.
TIME OF VISIT
- With one visit, you can enjoy the spa and sauna center unlimited.
- The ticket expires when leaving the spa.
- The saunas and attractions will close 15 minutes prior to the closing of the spa.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- In our unique spa and sauna center, every customer is welcome and respected. We expect the same kind of consideration from you towards our attendants and other customers who share the spa with you.
- Washing yourself is obligatory before using pools! You feel much more freshened up, if you wash yourself under shower after sweating in sauna.
- Please follow the hygiene requirements. If your face is emblazoned with cosmetics, please remove them, and if possible, tie up your beautiful long hair. The colouring of hair, shaving and the use of body scrubs in showers or saunas is prohibited.
- Bringing and consuming your own food and drink to the spa is prohibited (except for baby food/drinks. Enjoy the refreshments in the spa bar, using the wristband.
- For boosting up your health, whisks are available for purchase in the spa-bar on Mondays and Wednesdays from 18:00 – 20:00, when it is allowed to whisk in the outdoor-sauna. It is not allowed to use your own whisks!
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in spa premises. The fine for breaking the rule 100 €.
- Please keep an eye on your children in our sauna centre. If children are given too much freedom it is unsafe and it disturbs other visitors.
- If the smallest one of the family has not been potty-trained, please use swim diapers.
- Our spa pool is 140cm and children’s a circulating pool only 80 cm deep. Therefore, jumping into our pools is forbidden!
- A wet floor is slippery. Be careful, running on such floors can be dangerous. Move around carefully in the premises of the spa, this helps to avoid falling and injuries. Please pay attention to the explanatory pointers and signboards in the spa.
- In the spa, it will be comfortable to move around in swimwear and light beach shoes.
- For the sake of cleanliness and your wellbeing, please use the towels in the saunas for sitting.
- The spa shall not be liable for injuries or other health disorders resulting from the negligence of a visitor, nor shall it compensate any resulting damage. For the safety of all visitors, there is video surveillance in the public areas of the spa.
- Be careful with your belongings, because the spa center is not responsible for items left in the locker.
- The spa is not responsible for the property, possible illnesses or accidents of the members, which have been caused due to own activities of the member or force majeure.
- We expect due diligence from you as regards to the surrounding environment. If he visitor damages the inventory of RING spa ja saunas on purpose, he/she is obliged to fully indemnify the damages.
- Spa personnel have the right to refuse to serve people in an intoxicated state. Spa employees have the right to comment on inappropriate behaviour by visitors, and, if necessary, remove a visitor who is posing a danger to himself/herself or other visitors. If the rules are broken, the ticket shall become invalid and its cost will not be reimbursed.
