SAUNA YOGA®

Participation in the Sauna Yoga training is included in the price of the spa visit.

Mondays at 18:15 and Thursdays at 18:45

Sauna Yoga is practised seated on sauna bench in a milder temperature of 50-60°C. A sequence of simple, yoga-based poses and the quietness of the sauna pamper the body and the mind and make way for a thoroughly relaxing experience. The combination of the mild heat and gentle yoga poses relieve tension in the body and calm the mind. Sauna Yoga is suitable for everyone regardless of age, size, gender or level of fitness and requires no previous yoga training experience.

Sauna Yoga® trainings take place in Russian sauna, Birch sauna or Hamam. The training is carried out in comfortable short clothes, spa clothes are also suitable. Be sure to take a water bottle with you to the sauna!
