Hostel in Tallinn with spa and saunas

Ring SPA Hostel is an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy the local charm of Tallinn affordably and comfortably. Late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement. Late check-out lasts until 15:00. An additional fee of 10 € per hour will be charged for each additional hour after 11:00.

SMOKING POLICY
The hostel follows a smoke-free policy. Customers who smoke in areas where it is not allowed (also at open windows in hotel rooms) will be fined. The fine for smoking in a non-designated area is 200 €.

PARKING
Parking in the unguarded parking lot of the Ring SPA & SPORT center at Õismäe tee 130, is managed by Ühisteenused AS.
Ring spa customers can park for 4 hours free of charge on the center’s territory, upon prior registration at a parking kiosk by entrance or with a parking meter between 11:00 and 22:30.
If you need to longer your parking for more than 4 hours, the SPA reception attendant will register your car number at the reception or spa bar, depending on the length of the service.

PETS IN OUR HOSTEL
You are always welcome with your pet! Pets are allowed only with prior agreement with the hostel, please let us know when making the reservation. There is an extra charge of 25 € for a pet, regardless of the size or weight of the furry friend.
Additional fees and rules apply to pet owners in accordance with the laws governing animal husbandry, and the owner is responsible for damage caused by the pet (both material and health damage).
The pet is always under the supervision and responsibility of the owner in the hotel territory.
We ask that pets be kept on a leash at all times on the hotel grounds.
The owner of the pet is responsible for the cleanliness of his four-legged friend in the hotel and makes sure that he does not disturb other guests.
The owner of the pet bears compensation for damages caused by his ward, including an additional fee if the room needs extensive cleaning (including dry cleaning) after departure.
Pets may not stay in catering rooms or areas where they are not safe (slippery surfaces, steep slopes, risk of drowning, etc.).

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
We use security cameras in Metros OÜ for the protection of persons (i.e customers, employees and visitors), ensuring safety and for ascertaining whether internal procedure rules are complied with. The data controller is Metros OÜ.

MONITORING OF PUBLIC ORDER
The hostel complies with all requirements regarding public order, keeping the peace and preventing pollution. In the event of a violation of public order, the hostel will involve security personnel or call the police, if necessary. For violating the peace of fellow citizens, there is a fine of 100 € for each challenge, depending on the level of the violation, to compensate for the damage caused.

NIGHT REST AT THE HOSTEL
Quiet hours at the hostel start at 23:00 and last until 06:00. Violation of the night’s peace means disturbing other persons with sound, light, mechanical, electronic, etc. means. In order to compensate for the damage caused, a fine of 100 € is imposed for each challenge, depending on the level of the violation.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY IN CASE OF DAMAGE
As our guest, you assume the responsibility and obligation to follow the established rules. You are responsible for intentional or unintentional damage that you or your guest may have caused in the hostel room or in the common areas of the hostel. The hostel has the right to demand compensation for material damage caused by the customer. The amount of damage compensation is based on the direct damage caused, plus the costs associated with damage elimination.

GOOD MANNERS AND CUSTOMS
We expect our customers to follow the rules established by society, good behavior practices and hostel rules. In case of violation of the rules, the client may be fined in the same way as breach of peace, and if necessary, the client may also be asked to leave the hostel and its territory. In case of departure, the customer is still obliged to pay for the booked accommodation and ordered additional services.

HOSTEL RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY
The hostel is not responsible for the loss or destruction of personal belongings left unattended by the customer. There is video surveillance in the hostel’s common areas and parking lot. If necessary, a security company will help ensure order in the hostel. The keys issued by the hotel (physical and electronic) are not allowed to be given to third parties.

SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS
The complaint must be submitted immediately, but no later than within two weeks from the discovery of the deficiency. In the event that the service does not comply with the requirements or deficiencies, please send a claim to the e-mail address hostel@ringspa.ee, where the petitioner’s name, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the claim are indicated. In order to resolve the claims, the petitioner must keep purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) that prove the circumstances of the complaint. Without a supporting document, the hostel may leave the problem unresolved.
All claims will be reviewed and the claimant will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the claim.
